Youth and Young Adult Assessment Information

 

Youth and young adults should be the leader of their educational and transition planning team. 

To ensure that you, as a young person can take a leading role in reaching your post-secondary goals does not happen by accident.  It takes time, practice, and understanding. 

 

This section will provide you with a few resources to get you started.  For additional information please visit the Pennsylvania Youth Leadership Network (PYLN) website at www.pyln.org.

 

On site you can connect with youth and young adult leaders from across Pennsylvania and find additional resources that can help you on your journey.  The following flyer will give you a little more information about the PYLN.
